Amazing cozy location
Stayed here for 10 months and loved the quiet secluded location mainly because it WASN'T near the parks! (Which locals know,is the worst areas to live in) So traffic is almost none existent! The neighbors are the absolute best. Close proximity to everything and lots of great shopping,while still feeling tucked away.Easy freeway access literally right around the corner.45 min to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.Great schools.Neighborhood pool is basically right across the street and was so quiet,we would go almost every day.
