Luxury Studio

I stayed in the Luxury Studio unit for 3 months and enjoyed my time here. The place was well furnished and put together. The landlord was very helpful with quickly resolving any issues that came up. The unit felt very spacious and the bathroom was very well done. Closet space is a bit small but I only needed enough space for 3 months so it worked out. Proximity to downtown and I-440 was convenient as well.

Great Stay

The location is about a 15-minute walk downtown or a short drive. The area is very walkable as there is a park about a 5-minute walk away. and I felt safe the entire time. The studio had new appliances and almost everything you needed. I work remotely and needed a good and fast internet connection. I never had a problem. I never used it but you could use the garage area for extra room which makes the studio feel bigger. The host communicates very well and is willing to give recommendations if needed. For the location and everything included the process is very good for the area. I stayed for three months but could have stayed longer.

Recent Stay

I recently stayed here for my contract in the other bedroom with the half bathroom. Place was very nice, and had everything I needed for a good assisgnment. Location is very clutch, very close to Wakemed and very close to downtown walking distance as well as a great food hall. Landlords were very responsive to any issues at hand. Would recommend this property to anyone! Had a roommate in the other bedroom who was another travel nurse no issues in sharing the bathroom even though we were opposite genders!

DT Raleigh Newly Renovated Ranch

I rented this newly renovated property for 3months for an assignment there in Raleigh and was very comfortable there. It has two spacious bedrooms and a nice front patio for relaxing. Also all new appliances including a dishwasher. It also has a weekly yard grooming as well. It is literally 5 minutes to downtown, there is a food hall with a micro brewery about 1/4 mile away and also a wine tasting room/shop just around the corner from the hall. I used to take my e-bike downtown and t was about a 10 min ride to Glenwood ave. I completely recommend this property.
