Perfect Stay
Very clean, cozy and decorated so cute! The apartment is well appointed, has everything you need for a long term stay. The building has a ton of amenities and secure parking. The neighborhood has fun shops and lots of dining options. We definitely took advantage of going to the Dallas Farmers Market every weekend! It was a short 10 min drive to Dallas Childrens Hospital, which was a perk! Skyler was the perfect host, very responsive and accomadating. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome accommodation
S is a gracious and thoughtful host. His attention to detail made my stay comfortable. The check-in process was seamless and S was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. The only challenge I faced was parking. Although S was kind enough to have a designated parking space, other tenants would park illegally in my assigned space. S was quick to address all parking violations and he followed up with a change in the designated parking spot. I had no further issues with the new parking arrangement. The property is conveniently located directly across from the Dallas Farmers Market and close to many other downtown attractions, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this property and host for any and all future needs. If given the opportunity I would happily secure this unit again.

Amazing place to stay!
Lets just start w/: If youre a travel nurse @ Childrens: take this rental! Its close to work, 10 mins on BACK ROADS! no Highways! S is Wonderful! & His amazing other half has a nack for decor. Its been a lovely , convent stay. I did Not get to say here but My BFF did.. wish I woulda got it before her! I was there often, helped her move.. S checked on her. S helped w/ people parking in her spot So Fast & DUDE: for her troubles.. S sent an edible arrangement to her! Who cares that much anymore?!?? No One! They are Great Salt of the earth people to rent from. The place is styled so cute & you can walk to anywhere in deep ellum. Your across from the farmers market! You cant do better & you will NOT be treated better! Stay W: them!! Thank me later!
