I stayed at the property for a month this past September and it was a great accommodation. It is a short walk to MUSC main campus, King Street, and other bars/restaurants/coffee shops. R was quick to respond to questions and has a well maintained space.

Great location!

This Victorian home is in the Cannonborough neighborhood of downtown Charleston, walking distance to MUSC & King Street. During our three-month stay, we found it much more convenient to walk than dealing with the hassle of catching the shuttle from Hagood lot to MUSC. I felt a strong sense of security while walking to and from work. The neighborhood comprises a diverse mix of college student, Airbnb guests, and homeowners. Bad Bunnies Coffee is just right around the corner and the best chips and queso ever at Pink Cactus. This house is well equipped, just simply arrive with your personal belongings. It boasts an accessible security system for your peace of mind. The interior exudes coziness and offers the convenience of smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Moreover, you'll find two leather couches, one of which features dual reclining sides. Additionally, the spacious dining room features a generously sized table. Lastly, the homeowner was very accessible and responsive.
