Beautiful area and clean, tidy room

The room was very clean and neat and Judy provided all the essentials like a full sized closet, full length mirror, coat hangers, dresser, and a mini fridge. The bathroom was cleaned weekly and Judy lends you some towels for your stay. The area is beautiful with plenty of hiking trails and a community pool. Judy was a wonderful roommate/landlord and respected your privacy but also was down for conversation when appropriate. I highly recommend this stay to anyone!!

Simple room in good neighborhood though Lessor will take your deposit $ without forewarning, $75 for having to put towels in the washer and not tell you about it until move out. Additionally, the room being rented is in a house they themselves are renting, and has other renters in the other rooms there! The hours of which common spaces are also extremely strict/limited so very difficult to accommodate
