Very Clean and Modern

I stayed at this property during the summer of 2024 and was pleasantly surprised by how new and updated everything was as well as the feeling you get when you walk in and the place is in good shape. Would definitely recommend staying here longer, I wish I would have!!

Amazing property! Everything was so clean and close to everything near E Riverside. Owners were lovely. Definitely stay here if you need a short term rental!

Welcoming!

This was an amazing stay! Host was great and always available if I needed anything. They were very welcoming and helped me warm up to the Austin area! This location is perfect, right by the lake and not a far drive to the city.

Contemporary 1 bedroom apartment

Newly updated one bedroom apartment. Has updated appliances and perfect for a single or couple traveler. Short drive/or scooter to downtown. HEB and other convince stores within 5 minutes. Apartment is at the back of the complex so has less thru traffic.
