Travel RN Stay While at First Hill

I am a travel RN who stayed at this property while working at First Hill campus. This was an amazing location and would also be ideal for the Cherry Hill campus. The location is also ideal for days off and exploring, F45 Cap Hill is close and fantastic bars and restaurants to try. The bedroom (blue oasis) was spacious and tidy upon arrival. Kitchen and living space was great to unwind with an amazing TV and sound system, rooftop is also gorgeous. Also great washer and dryer. The owner was very helpful and attentive, great with communication. I would love to return to this property and would recommend to fellow travellers!

Seattle Townhome

Stayed at this location for a travel contract in Seattle. The property was exactly as described and in fantastic condition when I arrived. The property is very conveniently located, and street parking is unrestricted with no permit needed, being that I was working at Virginia Mason in the city, it was a perfectly walk-able distance and being located in a safe area, I felt ok leaving my vehicle most of the time. Being located in Cap Hill area I learned is very convenient with access to a lot of close bars and food. K is very nice and prompt in his response time. I was fortunate to not have any roommates at the time so i felt the monthly rent for an entire luxury town home to myself was fair. Overall between the location, price for quality, I considered this stay worthwhile and would consider coming back again!

Convenient location and nice!

Great townhome with a nice rooftop view of the city. Modern kitchen and nice bathrooms. In unit laundry is convenient. Cant beat the location especially if youre working at Swedish or Harborview. There are some crazies at night screaming but thats par for the course in downtown Seattle. Felt safe and appreciated the coded keypad. K was also very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if there were any problems.

Seafoam Green; Relax Stay

The townhouse location was perfect for my stay and easy to navigate without a car. Location wise, its so close to downtown and walking distance to Capitol Hill. The home is split into 5 floors and I stayed on the 3rd floor (Seafoam green). Privacy and living with others is definitely possible here. All the appliances are brand new and I had no issues with them. My favorite place to unwind was the rooftop, the views at night were the best. Karim was great at responding to my messages and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to book this place and if I was to come back would book again.
