Great Unit But Inflexible Landlords
Landlord refused to negotiate reduced rental rate during Oct despite lack of lacking running / potable water and power due to hurricane. Landlord did not respond to multiple written inquiries in Oct and finally responded months later when we inquired yet again. Zero flexibility and very disappointing.
