Not very "tranquil"

I stayed at this property for almost 6months. Landlord & property management company (PMI) does not keep up with the property and they were awful at responding to the problems. No washer machine for 5 weeks. No internet for 4 weeks. Still haven't heard back about the damages done to my car bc of the old dead trees on the property. We had to listen to the people upstairs constantly arguing, stomping around at 5am and all hours of the night. On top of having to call the police bc of their arguing. The Dog (Fred) going crazy at all hours of the day and night. I wouldn't rent or stay here again.

Great House and Location

This house was perfect for me and my dog, enough yard for him to play and also in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Its perfect for short and long term stays and has more than enough space. The neighbors are wonderful and will help in any way they can if you need it. The property management company was also very professional and checked in monthly to see how things were going and if any maintenance needed to be done. Its right next to a Walmart, several food options are within 5-10 minutes and 2-3 minutes to the interstate. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
