Great location great landlord!

Had the pleasure of living here for roughly 2 years. I woulda stayed here longer. House is well equipped for cooking of all kinds. The storage shed is a huge plus for camping and ski gear. The gated yard is great on the cold days, you can warm your car up and there's no worry for car theft. Ring cameras are a nice feature for the alleyway entrance. Neighbors are great. Get togethers here and there but they are always considerate and welcoming. If you ever have car troubles Francisco next door is super helpful. The yard gets great sun year round especially on those snowy days. Summer is a vibe! Internet is fast and reliable. Cody was amazing and always quick to help if we had any maintenance issues. Great communication and very nice. My housemate moved out or I would have continued to live here. Truely sad to leave this great FF.

Amazing property in a great location

This was my best experience Ive ever had in renting a place. So clean and had everything you could possibly need for a stay. Everything was so comfortable and convenient. Great location, close to everything. Always felt safe with the parking and ring camera. Never had an issue and communication was great too! Would definitely stay here again !

Cozy rental with a central location - loved it!

What an exceptional rental in such a central part of Denver. We loved staying here and felt like we were close to everything! C, the landlord, did such an excellent job with all of the work that he's done on this place-- the tiling, the landscaping, etc. was all top notch! He was also super communicative and helpful with all of our questions and very responsive to anything we needed including local recommendations. We loved playing with our dog in the backyard and enjoying the cozy living area during some really cold weather. The beds were very comfortable, the place was incredibly clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Denver area!
