Perfect stay!
Heres a warmer, guest-style version for a short-term rental or Airbnb listing: Review: Truly enjoyed my stay! The location couldnt be betterclose to hospitals, attractions, and plenty of great restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe, with friendly neighbors who made it even more welcoming. The shared spaces were clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Id happily stay here again! Jason is truly amazing host!

Great for Travels!
Hello All! I am not the one to write reviews but i have to give credit to where it is due. Jason is a great host with a goregous and spacious property. Its rare that you find a pet friendly condo in the heart of downtown that is reasonably priced! Its near alot of STL attractions; the Arch, Ballpark Village, City Museum, enterprise arena to name a few. It has all you need to live there comfortable with a spacious bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Not to mention the building has a gym and common area. 100% would stay here again

Safety First
If you are seeking a comfortable, safe, clean, modern loft in downtown within walking distance of tons of activities, this is the place for you. This loft is located right downtown. You can walk to places like Union Station, the City Museum, the Campbell House, the library, the Stifel theater, Enterprise Center, and tons of other places. The capital, Busch Stadium, and the Gateway Arch are only one mile away. My favorite thing about this place is the safeness. No one can enter the building without a key fob, you cannot enter or exit the attached parking garage without a different key fob. No parking your vehicle on the street!!!! They take security seriously here and no one tailgates in or out of the building or garage. In addition to the very large comfy apartments there is a game room, a gym, and an outdoor grilling area. The tenants of the building are very social and Ive been invited to gatherings. This loft comes complete with all that you could want or need. Stackable washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, full size stove, Keruig, toaster, dishes, pans, and cutlery. Nothing is missing. If you are a nurse looking for a place where you feel at home, feel safe, and want to be in the center of all the STL fun, this is the place youre looking for! J, the landlord, is easy to work with and super super helpful!!! Have really enjoyed my stay here.
