Great stay, amazing landlords
A and G were so welcoming and responsive during our stay. The place was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. There is street parking which can be a challenge, however, we didnt have any problems or had any crime issues regarding the street. Quiet and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our stay so much, we even extended for an additional 4 months. If there was ever a maintenance issue, A and G addressed it with 1 hour response time and got someone out the next day. Overall really enjoyed our stay, it was spacious enough for company but cozy enough for any time of year. We hope the next person enjoys it as much as we did.
Home away from home
Wonderful stay in this well appointed, comfy bungalow on quiet tree lined street - a lovely walk to all the dining and entertainment of 6th Ave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Ideal room upstairs for chilling in front of the TV. Two comfortable bedrooms downstairs can be closed off for privacy from the living area, in addition to being separated from each other by the beautifully restored bath with an elegant claw foot tub. Outside, the incredible brick patio is nestled under mature trees and provides a perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Perfect elegant simplicity - home away from home without a doubt!
Cozy and charming
What a super cute vintage bungalow. The owners put a lot of care into making their guests feel cozy and welcome. I love all the vintage Craftsman details here, including the built-in hutch, restored floors, and luxury bathroom. This house is also walking distance to 6th Ave which has lots of places to explore in the evening or weekends. Super easy commute to the hospitals too. Would definitely stay here again!
