Wonderful Hidden Gem

This place is a gem! It is quiet, clean, secure and in a beautiful neighborhood. You have to go see this place to actually grasp how incredibly lucky you would have to be to stay here. It is super close to the freeways, mall, shopping centers, Historic Downtown Riverside, the running trails, but the best part is that just as fast as you can be surrounded by entertainment and big crowds, you can equally come back to a serene and quiet home resting in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Riverside. I never had an issue and honestly was saddened when my stay came to an end. If you are looking for a place that is secure, clean, and brings you peace by simply driving into the neighborhood, then this is it! I honestly would have liked to have kept this hidden gem to myself but I know that there are people like me who are desperately looking for these types of specifics that mean everything to them. So here I am paying a good deed forward

This location was a perfect home base for my superintendent while working on a local project. The communication with Mabel was terrific. The home was super comfortable, super clean and particularly nice to stay at. I would absolutely have my crew stay here again anytime in the future. Thank you

Spacious tropical retreat

I had a wonderful four month stay at this centrally located guest house. The spaciousness, including a walk-in closet and well-appointed bathroom, exceeded my expectations. The tropical surroundings with palm, bird of paradise and fruit trees, along with the river oak shade tree, created a serene and secure atmosphere. Numerous windows with incredible plantation shutters added to the quiet and comfortable environment, along with the top-notch queen mattress, ensured a restful sleep. Convenient street parking and a separate AC/heating unit were great perks. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend for a peaceful and luxurious stay.
