Our home is in a neighborhood established in the early 1970s, which features quaint, modest homes occupied primarily by longer-term, working-class home owners. The home is walking distance from a park which has a small, stocked lake among other amenities. This is a lesser known neighborhood, so anyone driving through typically lives there or is visiting someone who lives there.

EVERYTHING you could need and more!!
This home was awesome and the incredibly accommodating landlord, made it PERFECT! The home was clean, spacious and the backyard was a dream! Covered patio, shade all day and my pups LOVED the sheer size! The landlord was a dream! Asked if there was a crockpot and next thing I know shes dropping one off. Minuscule issue with the dryer, shes providing alternative solutions at her expense. If we could have stayed for a lifetime, we wouldve been happy. You will NOT be disappointed. Ps.she has everything you need and then some. Unlike my current situation .
