Currently residing in unit. Development is quiet, walking trails and community center [with fitness/tennis/pickleball] are tremendous. Unit updated, clean, well-equipped. Landlord is highly responsive. Highly recommend.

Safe Haven

Im finally getting around to writing this review! 4 months later x_x I absolutely loved this apartment!!The landlord is super friendly and very communicative. Im a single traveler in my 20s and I felt very safe here I felt comfortable coming home in the middle of the night after work! Any issue that I had was promptly fixed. I enjoyed the walking trails throughout the neighborhood and the view from the balcony was so peaceful. This was my first time traveling and I had such a great experience here! I loved this place so much that when my stay ended I booked another unit in the same complex! Unfortunately my current landlord has not been very communicative and it has made it such a hassle. I didn't realize how good I had it at this unit. If I ever take a contract in columbia this is the first place im looking at. This place was absolutely perfect! <3 <3 <3

Travel nurse

Property was great. Host was responsive and easy going (five star service). Place was spacious, quiet and cozy. Place has everything you need. There is a walking trail that is pleasant. You are next to a lot of stores (Sams, Walmart, Publix etc.) Highly recommended.
