Home Away from Home

My family loved our stay in this home! The home was updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also spent a lot of time outside enjoying the Mountain View from the backyard, walking our dog on one of the many nearby walking trails, or hiking on the maricopa trail which is walking distance from the house! Great home, great neighborhood, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Comfy

We loved staying here. It was beautiful and modern yet comfortable and homey. It accommodated for my family with everything we could need even detergent for laundry. It smelled amazing and was super clean. If you are looking for a nice place to stay I totally recommend this place. There was also an amazing view of the mountains along with a beautiful sunset every evening. You should definitely stay here.

Nice, quiet stay

This house was perfect for our families stay and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with nice walking paths and a park for the kids. The mountain view didnt hurt either! Not a super busy area, theres a nice grocery store close by and quite a few fast food options. Will definitely book here again!

Perfect for what we needed! Checked all of our boxes!

This house had more than enough room for us and we especially liked relaxing in the backyard! Perfect for Arizona sunset over the mountains. It was very clean and well kept. Seemed to be a fairly new home and had everything we needed. The property manager was very pleasant to work with! Other perks we enjoyed- the nice hiking trail just a 2min walk from the home, it was close to a grocery store and lots of food options near by. I was also very happy that it was in a nice, safe neighborhood.

not as discribed

Put a deposit down to hold the property after a though roughly discussing the expectations for the property and had to wait to view it due to renters being in it. Upon walk through just 8 days before move in it was discovered that the house had an aweful odor of cat pee and had dander all over the furniture and house. (I was told it was a strict no cat policy, this is important as myself and children are severely allergic) I reached out to the owner and she refused to refund any of the deposit I figured she would be understanding and refund even a portion since the house was disgusting and unlivable due to the copious amount of cat odor and dander. They are looking to make a quick buck off travel nurses with no regard to quality. We stayed in a gorgeously clean home 2 streets over for less per month.
