Second year in a row!
We just finished renting the studio for a second year in a row for my mother to stay in during the winter. The unit is so charming - its filled with sunlight, renovated, and has a cute little Juliette balcony that overlooks the courtyard below. The owners take good care of the property and are always responsive.

Great Stay, Responsive Landlords
The pictures are exactly what you see in the property. Its a small bright studio in a great location walking distance to Windansea, there is always parking if you have a vehicle, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Behrood and her husband were kind and attentive landlords, always responsive to any questions or services that needed to be addressed. Would definitely recommend this property.
