The house is three stories. The very bottom level or ground level is an attached guest house that is approximately 800 sq ft with king bed, kitchenette, washer/dryer (shared). There's private: patio, driveway and entrance. The living room has a room divider and rollaway bed if needed. The house overlooks part of the town, Humphreys peak, a ravine and fireworks can be seen (seasonal).

I'm a travel xray tech, single, 34yo male with two cats. I absolutely loved my stay here at this location. The space is very comfortable, scenic, and well appointed. Linda is fantastic and accommodating, the location of the home is great, close to stores and attractions but still serene.

Amazing Stay!
I'm a travel nurse and needed a centrally located furnished home near the hospitals in Prescott and Prescott Valley. I could not have had a better stay! L and her family were amazing hosts, and very accommodating for myself and my dog. The view from the home is absolutely breathtaking which was my favorite part. I definitely spent a good portion of my off time relaxing on the porch. The neighborhood is quiet and doesn't get a lot of traffic. But if you want something to do, Whiskey Row is a popular area in downtown Prescott and less than 15 minutes away. The home itself is very nice and inviting. Definitely enjoyed my stay there and wouldn't hesitate to return if I traveled to the area again.
