Absolutely Amazing!

We had the absolute best time at Mary's house. We are from the east coast, so Tucson was a huge change for us. Mary was so sweet and welcoming. We really enjoyed getting to know her and learning about the property itself as well! The house is absolutely gorgeous, with such a nice backyard to sit and watch the sunset over the mountains. We're nature lovers so seeing the lizards and birds go by in the backyard as well as the nursery behind the house was so fun. The pool is never crowded and such a nice place to hang out. Having a garage and laundry in house was also huge!! We would recommend Mary to anyone planning on staying in Tucson!!

Fabulous Home

We were so Thankful that Mary reached out to us with our housing request. Mary's place is wonderful bright, clean, had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. If there is something you need Mary is on top of it. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a nursery in the back, which was nice to have with no other houses behind you. We enjoyed the community pool. It was very quiet and not many people used it so it was like our own. The beds in both of the two bedrooms were very comfortable. There are restaurants a grocery store Walmart all fairly close to the house. I was able to ride my bike to the hospital every day, which is about 8 miles from the house. If you get a chance to stay at Mary's place it is well worth it. If we ever get a chance to come back to Tucson, we will be definitely seeing if Mary's house is available.

I stayed at this property for 4 months. The house is conveniently located close to amenities and is in a vibrant part of the town. The community is quiet, safe and clean. It's also close to many Tucson attractions. I had a very comfortable stay here for 4 months. The highlight of my stay was the landlord, who is very accommodating and understanding. I would recommend this property without any reservations.

Great property!

M is a superb host! She really did a great job renovating the property. She is going to upgrade the windows, from the original construction, which will be a nice addition. We stayed for six months with no problems in the neighborhood at all. (The house borders a nursery to the South.) Very nice neighbors. The area in general seems very safe. We hosted relatives for the holidays and had plenty of room. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Home with Best Landlord

My partner and I travel nurse with my best friend and her partner. All 4 of us stayed at M's home for 5 months and LOVED our time in Tucson. M is so nice and responsive. The home is 10 minutes from Saguaro National Park! Its in a super nice area east of downtown so its not busy and congested. The house is really nicely updated and plenty of space for 4 people. We will absolutely stay here again if we come back to Tucson!

Reliable, Clean, and Modern

M was an exceptional host - thoughtful, flexible, and kind. The home was perfect for our two kids and two medium-sized dogs, with a helpful gate access to the alley from the backyard. The fixtures were recently re-done and look fantastic - we were truly spoiled. Should we find ourselves in Tucson again, staying here would be a no-brainer. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, as well - but very close to grocery shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. It's the perfect balance of secluded and accessible.
