Amazing place with great landlord

My wife and I (along with our dog) stayed here while she was doing a travel contract with Novant at the New Hanover hospital. The landlord is a super nice, chill guy that was very welcoming and hospitable to us while we were staying. The location is fantastic, safe, very close to wrightsville beach and also central enough to get anywhere in Wilmington in a reasonable time. We really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommended from us.

Great little place

I rented this little apartment while I looked for a home to buy. The landlord is very respectful and helpful. I felt very secure, there is security outside the apartment but this apartment is also in a very nice neighborhood, upscale area of Wilmington. I had my dog with me, there is a fenced in little yard right outside the back door. Plenty of safe parking right outside the bedroom window. The apartment is quiet, private, has ac and heat, electricity and internet all included. The apartment has a kings sized bed in it and a desk. The bed is comfortable. All linens are provided as well as pots, pans and dishes needed. If I needed anything the landlord took care of it. Trash receptacles are right outside for easy access. The location is perfect for walking the dog, walking for exercise, with stores and restaurants minutes away. The location was perfect. You are in town but it doesn't feel like it! You can not go wrong. I would rent here again. Clean and safe.
