If you have a dog that enjoys a fenced backyard, this is a great place. The property is well maintained, with an excellent HVAC system that keeps you comfortable year-round. The bathroom has great water pressure and easy-to-use temperature controls. I highly recommend this home to hospital staff seeking a comfortable place to stay while away from home.

Clean and Cozy

Cynthia was a great landlord - quick to respond, friendly and easy to work with. The place itself was clean, fully equipped for a 3 month stay, and only a short drive to most of the area's hospitals. (I love an easy work commute!) Plus the beds were comfy :)

Great unit!

My friend and I are travel nurses and stayed here for about 4 months! Perfect location, close to all major hospitals. The unit had everything we needed for a longer stay and was very well maintained. Cynthia was so quick to respond and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again if in town!

Perfect Spot For Healthcare Workers!

My pup and I love our time staying in this cute little duplex! The yard was perfect for my dog to get a little energy out, it's very close to all major hospitals (my commute to Baptist Health was 8 minutes!), and was decorated very cutely & had everything I needed! Highly recommend!

Perfect Place!!

Comfortable duplex apartment with private driveway and fenced in backyard. Close to many hospitals, shopping centers, and restaurants. Clean and well maintained unit, sweet and responsive owners! Very enjoyable stay!
