Great Stay!

This rental is an excellent choice for staying in west Avl! The landlord is warm and friendly, quick to respond, and takes great care of the property. I appreciated his respectful approach and open communication throughout my stay. The home is in a great neighborhood, just a short walk from a park, and the porch is a perfect spot to relax during the warmer months. Having a bonus room in the garage was also super helpful for extra storage, and having a separate workspace. I would gladly stay here again.

As someone who frequently travels, Jeramys place was my absolute FAVORITE place Ive stayed. This home is clean, stylish, and stocked with everything youll need. This includes a washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is a private, peaceful, neighborhood that couldnt feel more safe. Its perfect for exploring shops and venues nearby, and theres tons of outdoor attractions a short drive away. The host, Jeramy is incredible and professional, always available to answer any questions I had and make sure I was taken care of. I will absolutely be booking again!

If I tell you Js place was 100 stars, you have to promise to leave some availability for me to come back, deal? Really, it was 100 stars. J is *the best* host (I mean this, Ive stayed many places). If you are traveling solo for adventure, healing, and/or work, this is your place. A few highlights: the bed is perfection (Im picky), the giant closet & natural light are perfection, the back deck is perfection, the vibe perfection. Just book it. If you need anything at all, youll be in the best hands. And ask J about all the secret spots and best vegan food!

The perfect stay in Asheville, NC

My best furnished finder experience! This is the perfect location. It has a great park in the neighborhood with a county park pool and walking trails. Close to all things in west Asheville and 10 minutes to downtown. It is very safe which meant so much when staying alone. Electric key pad entrance and motion sensor lights. Js place is a separate apartment over a garage that he uses for storage. it has a large wrap around porch full bathroom washer/dryer, large walk in closet and nice den and bedroom. It also has a large office below to use if you work from home ect. J is so attentive to every detail: clean and organized, very cool mid century modern decor, and excellent location. J is a great landlord so kind and helpful but also give you privacy which is great. I cannot imagine a better place in Asheville.
