Lovely place, lovely people
I stayed for an entire year while completing residency at a nearby hospital and really enjoyed my time. Jay and Christine are lovely and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, what they could do better, and the place is so cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable with so much fun stuff nearby while also being close to bigger areas or downtown. Highly recommend staying here!

The coziest spot
Stayed for 6 months and wish I could have stayed longer. The most welcoming couple and coziest spot in Seattle. House had everything you needed and the best lounge setup. I was able to get to work quickly and loved walking everywhere from this central spot.

Basement Apt
Perfect location, clean, and responsive hosts! C and J even were so kind as to provide us with some delicious meals when they made too much :) Id say this is a really great value for the location.

great place to stay
You can't do better than this apartment. It is very comfortable, spacious, with updated well equipped kitchen. The place is quiet, the bed very comfortable. A nice patio to sit and look at the redwood tree. A gas fireplace that heats really well and is cozy. Terrific location near stores, restaurants, cafes and Seattle Pops!!! Very walkable neighborhood. C couldn't be a more responsive, accommodating and very kind person. I highly recommend this property.

A 10/10!
I stayed here for 7 months as a traveling nurse and loved everything about this property! I would have stayed forever if I could have. The accommodation is spacious, super cozy, lovingly decorated and newly renovated! It is situated in my personally favorite neighborhood in Seattle, a quick walk to a number of restaurants and shops, as well as not far from the beautiful Green Lake and Lake Union! Not only this, but it is managed by incredibly kind hosts who went above and beyond to make this space feel like home for me. Overall, I highly recommend this rental, I really appreciated my time here and I hope to someday be back myself!
