A cozy spot in Park Hill

I loved my time at this cozy space in Park Hill. No shared walls, well appointed, everything you need and the most comfortable bed you have ever slept in. Emily is a great host and so thoughtful and kind, but also respects your space. I loved laying in the bed at sunset, snugged up and seeing the mountains through a few big trees out the window. Would recommend this place!

My experience

Loved the Locust Attic! Stayed here for 3 months and would recommend to anyone. The studio was perfect for me and my small dog. The Mountain views were amazing! Emily and her family were great. I work in surgery and had to take call, and on nights I'd work late she would always make sure her younger boys were quiet so I could get some rest (if they were playing outside). She was always attentive to any requests I had and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Would stay here again any day!

Awesome studio apartment

What an extremely nice experience I had at this mountain view apartment. It is super well maintained, clean, lovely, and quiet, with separate stair entrance, and many amenities included. Emily was an attentive landlord but never intrusive; she is respectful and prompt with all communications; welcoming, neighborly and helpful. The location is very convenient to hospitals and many other Denver locations. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

A terrific studio with no shared walls in a great neighborhood

I thoroughly enjoyed living here! The view offers a view of the mountains and wonderful sunsets, great for pictures! No shared walls, hardwood floors, a king bed, washer and dryer, and a full functional kitchen. The landlords are very attentive to your needs, very kind and thoughtful, and respect your space. Great for walks, near parks, shopping, and just off Monaco. Convenient to CU Anschutz Medical Center, i70, and 225.

My Experience

Honestly this was probably my worst renting experience and thats saying a lot. From the beginning she spoke very negatively about workers she had hired and how much work they had to put into the apartment since. She would talk to me about finances/expenses and felt like she was penny pinching from the beginning. Not to mention the shower door is installed backwards and leaks everytime you shower, the spiral staircase makes it tricky for carrying things, it is noisy due to being above the garage/backyard, and you dont have any privacy (felt like my comings/goings were monitored). Its definitely like renting a room vs an entire unit. She is also very strict on the no visitors allowed, my dad surprised me one morning by jogging over and i received a very nasty message reminding me of that. When it came close to the end of my lease, Emily harassed me for more money beyond my deposit and pet depositI thought furnished finders was a place to get away from greedy landlords but be aware.

A cozy respite with Mountain Views!

Brand new studio with all the bells and whistles! Full kitchen, laundry, dishwasher and separate entrance. A nice, quiet and peaceful place to lay your head and wake up to beautiful Colorado Mountain Views. The owners are attentive and kind and keep to themselves but also there if you need them. 10/10 recommend!
