Nice place close to Cleveland Clinic

I stayed in the basement suite for 6 weeks while working at the Cleveland Clinic. Michele was very accommodating and communicative. The house is approximately 1 mile from the Cleveland Clinic campus. There was plenty to do nearby including the museums, local festivals, and walking the Case Western campus. There was a private entryway and was equipped with all needed items.

Im a travel nurse and stayed here for over three months while on contract at the Cleveland Clinic. This place was perfect for my needs, being only a five-minute drive to work. I stayed in the room with a private bathroom on the second floor. The room and bathroom were both spacious. The house itself is large, and I mostly felt like I had the whole place to myself. I rarely saw the other tenants except when I was in the kitchen, which is a shared common space. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and meal prepping. Theres also a shared washer and dryer for laundry and a shared driveway. The driveway fits two cars, but theres an extra parking lot across the street, about a two-minute walk away, where anyone can park. Michelle is incredibly responsive and always willing to help in any way she can. Shes quick to reply and very accommodating. Overall, shes a fantastic person to rent from. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying for more than a month.

I Love This Place

I stayed in the basement apartment and it was amazing with lots of things to do in the area. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of things to do in the area. There is parking on the property however with most homes with multiple cars other arrangements may have to be made. The host explained this to me in advance and there is a parking lot conveniently located across the street. If Im ever in the area I will gladly rebook this home if it is available. My deposit was returned to me before the time stated in the leasing agreement. I highly recommend this home.

Do not stay here !

I stayed in the basement apartment with no complaints but the shared parking is false. I would have to play musical chairs with my car after finishing my overnight 10 hour shift and I would be asked to park in the street at times with only available parking being 1 block away. 1 block radius of property is nice but once you go down 2 or 3 blocks it's all prostitutes and crackheads. I would never recommend staying here and my messages are being ignored in reference to my deposit that I'm most likely not getting back. Good luck

AMAZING!

I was so lucky to find this place! M was awesome, I love her vibe and make my stay very much like home, very helpful, quick communication response and very polite. The house was clean and spotless, well equipped and spacious. And most of all I feel safe and enjoyed walking around parks and museum nearby during my day off. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to other travelers in a heartbeat.
