Great stay!

Bright, clean, and spacious apartment in the heart of Hendersonville. Able to walk to the Ecusta Trail, YMCA, and Library. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The property owners were incredibly helpful and so easy to work with during our stay.

Lovely super clean modern apartment located in a quiet safe neighborhood close to town. Easily walkable to Trailside Brewery and the Ecusta Trail market and cafe. Terry and Andrea are readily available to help make your stay enjoyable.

Perfect spot!

I had the pleasure of staying here for a few months and really enjoyed it! The place was clean, nicely remodeled, and had modern appliances. The neighborhood is great for walking, and the building itself was very quiet I never heard any of the other tenants, which was so nice. Andrea and Terry were super helpful when needed and always respectful of privacy. I mostly communicated with Andrea, and she is so sweet! Id definitely stay here again or rent from them in the future. Thanks so much, Andrea and Terry!

Great Rental

Amazing space, super clean, and well taken care of! It's located in a quiet neighborhood and in a really good spot that's near downtown without being too far from Asheville if commuting is needed. The property owners were great and answered any questions I might have had and were very kind. I enjoyed my stay very much!

A 1/1 gem in Hendersonville, NC with amazing landlords you want!

T & his wife A made sure this place offered thoughtfulness, comfort & safety. It's completely redone & is spotlessly clean! Things like power outlets in the kitchen island to where appliances/storage were placed were intentional. The bedroom may look small in the photos & is beyond comfortable. High ceilings in the living room open up the space. Lighting is great & there are windows everywhere. Private parking is behind the unit. Neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly & there is an added feeling of security with the Ring Camera system. The ATT Fiber WIFI service is a huge plus. The keyless entry made for easy in/out. All appliances are brand-new. Bed is new & comfy. Laundry room, closet & bathroom are larger than expected. The space is well utilized, functional & near downtown Hendersonville. We can go on & on about this place! We were skeptical about a 1/1 feeling tight & were surprised. If it weren't for needing to drive to Asheville often, we would not have left.
