Very nice !

Christina is so sweet and accommodating ! She supplied toiletries, laundry card, and many more ! She replies fast and helps me with my requests. I love how big the bed is and how close the place is to the subs. The area of the place is so convenient! The laundromat and grocery store is just nearby. Would recommend this place !

Beautiful and Convenient Studio

My work brought me to NYC and this lovely studio for four months. All I can say is that Christina could not have been a more responsive or thoughtful landlord. I loved the very comfortable kingsize bed and the beautiful working/dining table by the bay window. She immediately made sure I could open the windows and enjoy the lovely breezes.The location for this studio worked extremely well. Three subway lines are just blocks away. The M1 bus on Madison drops you literally at the corner. I used Metro North to get to work, which is 7 blocks, less than 10 mins walking distance, away. I really hope to stay in this studio again. It’s wonderful.

Great time in NY

This place has everything you need for long term stays. It is super well connected to all neighbourhoods (with easy access to many metro), you can easily walk to Columbia University too. Christina is very kind, very helpful and great communication. She gives you lots of advice and recommendations. I highly recommend this place to have an amazing time in NY. I'll be back if I need to come to NY again :)

An Absolutely Delightful Stay!

I have stayed in ~12 different furnishedfinder sublets and I can confidently say that Christina is the most accommodating and helpful host you will find on here! Not only that, her apartment is wonderful. The space was immaculately clean, stocked well with everything needed, and she even brought in a few extra things that we asked for. I will absolutely be coming back here and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in nyc.

Lovely unit, lovely owner

Stayed for a few weeks while on a short term nursing contract. Place was clean, quiet and in a good neighbourhood- easy access to subway/buses and tons of markets, restaurants nearby. Christina was a wonderful landlord- responds immediately and very helpful with any requests. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect, Charming Studio for One!

I had the absolute privilege of staying in this Furnished Finder. It was the perfect size for a single person. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the shower's water pressure was phenomenal. The location was great, close to 1/2/3 trains and 4/5/6 trains. I could get to Times Square/42nd street in approximately 25 minutes or grand central station in the same amount of time. All of this said, Christina was an absolutely incredible host. She routinely checked in with me and made me feel welcome, and gave great recommendations for local food and treats. She also wrote me a thank you card upon my departure, which meant the world to me. Recommendations for those staying in the area: Food- - Super Nice Bakery - Atomic Wings - 375 Chicken N Fries - Sugar Hill Creamery - Parm - La Nostra Pizzeria - Dig Inn - Harlem Biscuit Company - Lido - Gnocchi on 9th Would recommend this furnished finder 1000 times over!

Amazing!!

This apartment was a perfect home away from home for me!! Im a traveling nurse and I was there for 6 months. Christina was such an amazing host. She always responded promptly and offered restaurant recommendations etc. The apartment was so clean and bright and huge for NYC standards. The subway is just a couple blocks away and so convenient. I really loved staying here!! Thank you so much for everything Christina!!

Wonderful Experience

This is a lucky find for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay with a kind and helpful host. Christina was very accommodating, quick to respond, and willing to help with any questions I had. The unit was conveniently located, extremely clean, and ready to be lived in upon arrival. A great stay!

I had the pleasure of staying in Christinas rental from September to November until I found permanent housing while I started my job at Mount Sinai Hospital. The rental was clean, spacious and home-y, not to mention next to public transportation to get anywhere. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and I had no issues with anything during my stay. Christina was a great host, very timely and helpful whenever something was needed with immediate response as well. I would highly recommend this unit and host for any of your travel needs to NYC.

Cozy Place

I had the most wonderful experience.! The apartment was beautiful as display on the pictures. Christina is truly what one call a super host! I receive the red-carpet treatment from her, she made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary essentials. I even had chocolate waiting for me. Thank you so much Christina, for creating beautiful memory for me!

A great stay, and a great host

My partner and I stayed here for a full year, from July 2023 through June 2024, and have nothing but good things to say about this property. The apartment is on a quiet street, on the top floor of a family residence. The building is of solid construction- I can truly say that I never heard neighbors from the inside (and the bedrooms are in the back, which made them totally silent from street noise). It was pest and draft free. It's totally set up for someone to move in, bringing nothing but their clothes, and be just fine living a normal life. It's very close to multiple train lines, and walking distance from Mount Sinai Hospital (took me about 18 minutes, door to door). Christina was an exemplary host- very responsive, attentive, and genuinely kind. I'd truly recommend this property to any professional looking to stay in the city- you're in good hands here.

SUPER NICE and KIND LANDLORD!!!

My daughter stayed in this Very nice studio apartment for 2 1/2 months for her internship in NYC. I cant say enough but the Landlord is very nice and kind. Christina is very understanding and helpful to us and my daughter. Thank you so much Christina. May God bless your kind heart!!!!

Perfect stay!

C was wonderful to rent from! The apartment was clean, with basic toiletries and linen to get started with. The mini kitchenette was perfect for my needs. The street was quiet (for NYC) and I was able to sleep ok for nightshift! I never once heard any neighbors! Commuted to mount sinai- approx 20 min walk down Madison or 5th-super convenient. 10/10 recommend and I would stay again in a heartbeat!

AMAZING!!

Ms. C is the absolute BEST! Stayed in her lovely studio during the cold months in New York. Her house is lovely, warm, and inviting. And she will go above and beyond for her guests. There is not enough good things to say about her or this property. She truly made me feel comfortable and welcomed during my 13 week stay!
