Amazing

Joanne. She is absolutely wonderful, I was there for three nights. I originally signed up for a month. I was seeking to find establishment up there so I had a day to go out and look around to see where will I begin I felt It was very busy with the interstate Purdue Notre Dame being all in the area of this home. It is a phenomenal home. It is clean well maintain just breathtaking. I wasn't sure how to tell Joanne that I'm going I get nervous driving in the city busy but it is a wonderful place because it has everything around that you need, but my most enjoyable part was meeting Joanne. She was more like a friend to me. She showed me everything I needed to know how to work everything She asked me if I had any questions I had no questions She answered every question to tell you the whole thing about this beautiful place is a beautiful person Inside this place the landlord Joanne. I had asked her if it would be OK if i cancel my month she said no problem best wishes and worked with me .

Amazing Host and Property

I had an amazing stay at this property! The host was so friendly and accommodating. The place itself was wonderful stay, it was private and also very well decorated. Having my own kitchenette was a very nice addition, and it was the perfect place to relax after a day at work. The location was very close to Notre Dame which was perfect for taking evening walks. The amenities like the Keurig, garage spot, and the extra storage space were nice additions as well. Overall, the host made the stay amazing and the surrounding area was nice. In the future, I would definitely stay here again!

great experience

Great owner and great place. Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great area as well, it is safe and close to everything nearby, including the local hospital. Only a few minutes from the city center/downtown. I highly recommend this place.

Great Experience

This rental has everything you need as a traveler. It's safe, clean, and comfortable! The kitchenette comes with a mini fridge, a hot plate, even a keurig. The private bathroom is also fully stocked with towels and wash cloths, and you get your own storage and garage parking spot, and WiFi! Including a Roku TV. Theres also a really nice bike path right behind the property. Even though there is a shared entrance, it's very quiet and private. You would hardly notice anyone else is there. There's also a lock on your room, and I was never bothered. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming to me the entire time. She offered me tea and anything else I may have needed and she was very responsive to my texts. 10/10 experience! Great for extended stays and great place to unwind after hectic days at the hospital.

Best stay so far!

This property has to be one of my favorite stays so far! It is right down the street from the west entrance of Notre Dame and also about 10 mins from a Trader Joe's. The house was so beautifully cleaned and decorated. The owner also offered parking in the garage which is such a nice addition. I was here during my birthday as well and she even got me a gift which was so sweet and thoughtful! The place was quite as the landlord is also a medical professional. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again if I get another assignment in the area!
