Great place for the price

Place was great for the price. Cool neighborhood with a great park across the street. The view was unbelievable and great to come home to every day. The host was quick to correct any issues I had during my stay and always was honest with me. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent location / property

R was an excellent host! He was extremely responsive and generous. Anytime I had a question he would be very quick to provide an answer every single time. The unit was very clean and had all cooking utensils, furniture, pots, pans etc. The building is located across the street from the most amazing park (Margaret pace park) that includes a dog park, basketball, tennis and is located right on the water. Views are spectacular from the unit balcony each morning. The building also offers a nice gym and pool that I used frequently. 10/10 recommend this property for anyone in the Miami area
