Scottsdale - Bedroom, Den and Private Bath - Private Home - Great Location

What a beautiful and spacious home! I wasn't sure how I would like living with someone I didn't know, but S was the perfect host. She was so kind, genuine and thoughtful - I even gained a great friendship! The way the house is set up makes it feel like you have a lot of your own space because of the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the house. The space provided (bathroom, bedroom & den) was absolutely perfect for my remote work! S was very mindful and considerate of people in her home. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to the 101, shops, restaurants and hiking trails. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe - I walked a lot during my time there. I highly recommend this space and would absolutely stay again! And you never know ... you may gain a new wonderful friend too! :)

Im so grateful to have found this property for my travel nurse assignment. S is a wonderful host and her home spectacular! The property is large and spacious with the renters area of bedroom, den and bathroom being very private, beautifully furnished, light and incredibly comfortable. The shared living spaces are also lovely and comfortable, be it the living room or outside patio by the pool. The fully equipped kitchen means you only need to bring your food. Absolutely wonderful! The location is fabulous, close to freeway access, shopping and services. For outdoor enthusiasts the property is minutes from green belt bike paths and hiking in the McDowell Sonoran Range, and so much more. S is an amazing host, accommodating and knowledgeable, and I quickly became acclimated to the area. She has created a living space that is beautiful and relaxed, one I would most definitely return to if Im ever working back in the area and one I can highly recommend!

I stayed at this house last May. It was a wonderful location. So close to trails, dining, shopping and anything else I wanted. The house itself was so spacious and welcoming. It has everything I needed. Sandra, was helpful and answered all my questions yet gave me my privacy and space. I would welcome the opportunity to go back. So much to see and do and the house is wonderful!
