Basement also has a fitness room for your use. We would like to also still be use it, but can leave that up to you. Typically, once I learn our tenants work schedule, I just use it when they aren't here.

Incredible space
A truly incredible basement walkout apartment in a very safe neighborhood. All the amenities you could hope for and more, with so much space! Very private, with excellent hosts that are so easy to communicate with and respond quickly. I have never felt more at home" than I did in this space. 10/10 would recommend.

Great host
Great space and super great host. Could not ask for a better family to rent from. They made my stay here very comfortable and enjoyable and would rent from them again.
