Cute, cozy home in a great neighborhood

I would highly recommend this location and landlord. We stayed in the basement for 1.5 months and the upstairs opened up so we moved upstairs. The basement was nice but it is a basement. It can get a bit claustrophobic for a 6'4" guy, his wife and 2 dogs. It wouldn't be bad if you were only staying for a few months but not sure we could have stayed more than 6 months. Very quite. Upstairs was quite too even though there is a fairly busy street and park nearby. The backyard is massive and fenced in for your pets. Lots of room for you to park your vehicles off the street. If we had any problems, the landlord took care of it right away. He and his family are super nice as is the neighborhood. Very quite with great views. Walking distance to food and entertainment even to downtown Bountiful. You are just a quick 3-5 min drive to a beautiful park to watch sunset and get some exercise. Easy access off the interstate.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here while we were transitioning into the area and we can't say enough good things about Dave and his place. No matter the issue (not that there were a lot), he was very quick to respond and address the item. Dave is also from the area and he always had good recommendations and insight! The apartment is across the street from a park which was absolutely loved by my daughter and it's about 3 minutes away (driving) from Creekside Park and the Bountiful Splash Pad. We really enjoyed our time here from the welcome we received from Dave to the location to kicking back in the yard and chatting with the other tenants. If you're looking for a great location, attentive landlord, and a homey feel, then this is for you!

Great Stay!

My fiance and I stayed here for a few months when we moved to the area and enjoyed our time staying here. We were able to walk to the Vasa gym down the street, enjoy the large backyard for our dog, use the extra storage shed for outdoor gear, and were within easy driving distance of the trails. Dave is a great landlord and was available to come deal with any issue we brought up and him and his dad are incredibly kind. Would rent from Dave again!

Great Place!

This is a great and amazing place! The location of this rental is perfect with the gym a block away, tennis courts across the street, Costco and shopping within 10 mins! I have loved staying here and with 2 bedrooms made it perfect for family to come visit! It's great I had a covered spot to park through the winter which made it nice to not shovel off snow! This place is filled with everything you would need and Dave is quick to respond if needed.

Cute little apartment! Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen has everything you need. Big back yard! Great for bonfires! Right across the street from a park with tennis courts. Walking distance to a gym. Only downside is upstairs renters control the AC/heat (not a problem if you have good communication with renters though). Definitely would recommend staying here.

Simply Amazing!

I cant say enough positive thing about this property. The unit is updated, clean and cozy. The parking is off street and so convenient, amazing fenced in back yard for our two little doggos AND theres tennis court and a park right across the street. The location is PERFECT, SLC is easily accessed and the town of Bountiful has many great restaurants, parks, hiking trails and super nice people! And speaking of D, the proprietor, is hands down one of the greatest! Hes thorough, extremely friendly, always responds very timely about any questions and quite frankly just a really nice guy!!! PLEASE if youre looking for a little hidden gem thats close to everything THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!!
