10/10 Recommend!

I had a great 5 month stay in Logan Square! The host was very helpful and timely in his responses when we needed to reach out. The upstairs neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was a great environment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was overall super nice! The surrounding area felt safe and is very close to two different train stations as well as walking distance to good food and fun places to try!

Great Stay

My dog and I had a great stay for the 3 months we were there. The host was super accommodating and responsive. The upstairs neighbors were very friendly and quiet. The place is newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable. The area itself was safe and I didn't have any safety concerns living alone. I would have loved to have extended my lease here but my work contract couldn't be renewed.

Perfect Apartment, Landlord and Location

I could not have been happier with living here! The Landlord, D, is the best I've ever had. Extremely communicative, helpful, and takes care of everything. The neighborhood and location is top notch. The neighbors are amazing people. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you could want and is very thoughtfully decorated. I especially enjoyed the large and fully stocked kitchen and nice little technology features like the TV/surround sound, standup desk, 3 nice monitors, Hue lights, etc. Not to mention the white board- I used it all the time. Everything works very well and I enjoyed my time here. The garage is huge - my Pilot had no issues fitting. I am sad to leave this place and only am as I'm going out of state. May rent this again when I come back. Thank you D!
