Amazing stay at this beautiful Loft

This was one of the best places we have lived. Two friends and I stayed here for four months, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The apartment was an absolute delight, and the hosts were equally exceptional. Johanna and Tracey were incredibly attentive and made sure we had no issues throughout our stay. They were always prompt, easy to reach, and quick to resolve any concerns. The space was very clean and well maintained, with all the necessary appliances and amenities. The location is excellentclose to Costco, local bodegas, and a variety of eateries. Its proximity to Roosevelt Island was a major factor in our decision and truly enhanced our experience. Overall, a beautiful place, amazing hosts, and a great stay. I highly recommend it.

This place is real

I intially thought this listing was too good to be true-beautifully furnished and centrally located apartment for this price? We throughly enjoyed our stay here and were sad to leave. The access to nearby parks, buses, and friendly neighbors made this stay very pleasant. The apartment was very spacious, quiet, with everything you need. Johanna and their partner are the exact landlords you hope for but don't expect-communicative, hospitable, fair. If I ever am in the area would definitely rent again

Quintessential NYC Loft

This loft is the definition of cool. Soaring ceilings, amazing light, comfortable beds, lovely design and furnishings, and everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Johanna is incredibly helpful and responsive. Enjoy the cookies at Levain right next door, the convenience of Rosevelt island's proximity for a beautiful morning walk. It's the first place we check when visiting New York!
