Quiet place
Nice and quiet place. K (owner) is quick to respond if there is any concern regarding the house. Smooth transactions of rent payment through Venmo. Quick to reimburse the deposit through Venmo.

Home away from home
K's place was clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, all you really needed was to bring your clothes. She was quick to respond to any issues that may arise. The house is pretty convenient too, close to stores, interstate and was only 7-8 minutes drive from CHI Bergan Mercy where me and my friends worked. We all worked the night shift so we all appreciate the fact that the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We paid rent thru Venmo and she used the same to give us our full refund after we left.
