I would choose the next one...

Stay started off good. Little overly friendly landlor but ok. The first problem was the extra text messages,asking to attend church services. Personally, I prefer to have my landlord relationship to be professional... Then it was asking for me to come next door and help with taking her personal stocking off. I am not the help. Then, it was switching apartments to accommodate another renter halfway thur my lease, which I accommodated. The icing was after we moved out, and half of my deposit was kept . She stated it was because they cleaned the apartment for 9 hours, bullshit, claims we took a bath math, bullshit. we didn't even use the towels. Claimed a cooking pan was damaged and grease was everywhere,bullshit. claimed the bathroom was dirty, bullshit. The real story was my husband was going to stay an additional 6 months at this location but changed his mind at the last minute and this money hungry woman was mad so she decided to keep half of my deposit. Trust me, choose the next one

The truth is Yolanda booked the apartment for 1 person , after she was settled in she brought another person. Our pans were burned on the bottom and one coated pan had to be thrown away. Bath mat gone. The real kicker was the extremely dirty oven, fridge, slimy bathtub, floors throughout the apartment with food and drink stuck on. She consented to change apartments due to another Airbnb guest who was staying in her requested apartment. So we cleaned 2 dirty apartments not just 1. She requested we hold the apartment another 6 months which we did but then only notified us a couple of days before they left that they were leaving. Thank goodness they left! I cant imagine how bad the apartment wouldve been had they stayed longer. We are 5* Superhosts with Airbnb, have hosted around 500 guests and this was the dirtiest clean-up ever. I hope this is a clear warning for other hosts not to rent to this woman. Giving back 1/2 of her deposit was actually very generous.
