Beware of the smoke from the vents and the extra $150 cleaning fees that will be deducted from your security deposit

I stayed in this apartment for 6 months. This is not a smoke free building. There are some very neighbors living in that apartment complex who smoke cigars, cigarettes, marijuana you name it. I complained to the owner about the smoke coming into the apartment through the vents, but she dismissed it and said that they have separate vents. That is totally false. I have asthma, and I suffered a lot. When moving into the apartment, the floors were so filthy making the bottom of my feet black so I had to mop the whole apartment. She charges $150 for cleaning fees so I don't know what she did with the previous tenant's cleaning fees. While staying there I cleaned the apartment thoroughly every weekend. Before I left, I made sure I cleaned the apartment EVEN though I paid $150 in cleaning fees. But guess what? She deducted $150 more from my security deposit!!! The audacity!!! $150 is nothing! But it's a matter of principle! Anyway, beware.
