We are a family of four who live in the main house. My wife and I are both in healthcare. I am a clinical pharmacist for UCSD and my wife is a marriage and family therapist. We have two young kids 5 yo and 3.5 yo. I have been renting spaces on furnished finders to healthcare professionals for many years. I've had great experiences getting to know so many people. We love the traveling healthcare community.

Fantastic Experience!
Eric and Mer are fantastic hosts with a cute and cozy ADU in the heart of Point Loma! My husband had a wonderful summer there enjoying the numerous eateries within walking distance plus many of the recommendations from Eric on places to try all around San Diego. He will definitely look back on this summer fondly!

Great Stay!
This rental property was perfect for my short term stay! The way the studio was set up made it feel like a home. The hosts are very welcoming and gave many great recommendations for things to do in San Diego. It is also located in a very safe area. I highly recommend this rental!

Point Loma Studio
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this little studio tucked away in Point Loma. The space was very comfortable, stylish, and felt private. The hosts were very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Definitely recommend to other travelers. Location and neighborhood were also beautiful!
