Highly Recommend!

I had a truly lovely stay here. The property felt very safe with security at the front, which gave me peace of mind, and its conveniently located near the entrance of the complex. Youre right in the middle of Houston, close to major medical centers, and surrounded by every grocery store and convenience you could need. The townhome was fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities necessary, and the two-car garage was a great bonus that added extra protection for our vehicles. It was also dog-friendly, which was such a plus for us. Peter, the landlord, was great and went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns during my stay and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our time there. Another big plus was that there were zero pest concerns, which was a priority for me living in Houston. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering it!

Perfect and Trustworthy!

This was an amazing place to stay! The landlord is an honest guy who cares about his tenants and went above and beyond when we got caught in a hurricane while staying at his property. The place is great and very clean and has everything you need! There were zero issues with pests and was never a worry for us (this was my biggest concern when looking for a property), but everything was perfect! The garage is super awesome and the location is perfectly near the Med Center. The pool on the property was also very nice! Overall I cannot say enough good things about this property, the landlord, or the area. 5 stars for sure!

AMAZING STAY!!!!

My husband and I travel for work a lot, and this is hands down the best property we have ever stayed at! We will honestly miss this home when we leave- the community is quiet and safe, we are in the most perfect location, the host was INCREDIBLE, and the house overall had everything we needed and more. It was beyond clean when we arrived and gorgeous. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is a dream, the kitchen is FULLY furnished with more than what we needed, all utilities ran wonderfully, and my dog loved the many outside potty stations! The location of this unit is right by the entrance and exit which is a huge plus to us! The host was more than accommodating and was responsive to anything we asked/needed (which wasn't much because of the amazing community)! We hope we are in Houston next year so we can rent this property again- 5***** thank you so much for having us!!

Loved it!

One of the best properties ive been on yet! Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, the property was equipped with everything you would need, location was perfect for my work and regular errands, and the host was fantastic. If I ever had an issue or concern (which was not often), the host was super responsive and it was very apparent that he cares about each of his tenants and genuinely wants it to be the best experience you can have. The neighborhood was very quiet and had multiple potty stations for my dog. You do have to check in and out with security upon entering, but its not a hassle and made me feel more safe in being there. Would definitely book again!
