Pros: location convenient and within walking distance to my workplace. Security was visible and present throughout the day. Cons: washer and dryer are not located inside the unit; however, there is on-site laundry available for an additional cost. My biggest concern during my stay was the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. The condo did not appear to have been professionally cleaned as described. I brought my concerns to the landlord's attention, but I did not feel the response was handled with urgency, and no arrangements were made to address the inconvenience. Additionally, during the lease signing, I was informed that the security deposit would be returned within 45 days. I moved out on 5/31, and as of today , I have still not received my deposit. I would not recommend you rent this property. The Landlord has poor communication and failed to respond to any of my calls & texts regarding my deposit and now I have to pursue legal matters .
