great spot, great owner, great location!
i stayed at Tom's for several months during the very beginning of 2024. Tom was very communicative and honest about everything, took a reasonable deposit (which was fully refunded), and the spot was perfect for me. beyond the madness that is downtown, East Nashville is perfectly walkable to great food and drinks and shows and pinball. loved having Aldi so close! and the kitchen was perfect for cooking it all up. would definitely stay with Tom if i find myself in Nashville again.
