West side house on the hill with sauna

Marty is the best; great space in a safe part of town

I had a wonderful experience renting here during a work contract. I felt lots of peace and privacy having the top floor to myself. The interior design was stellar and thoughtful, and Marty was very approachable and responsive anytime I had questions. It was a great bonus to be able to garage my rental car, and I'll never forget how kind he came to my rescue when my car battery died and hooked it up so I could drive to work the next morning.

Great place

Marty is a great landlord, very respnsive and easy to work with. Back yard has marionberries, apples, grapes. Front yard has a cherry tree. Planet fitness and 2 grocery stores are within walking distance.

Great location

Martie is an accomodating host and this home is in a great, safe location. The sauna and relaxing backyard were the highlights of our stay.

COOL HOUSE

The house is big, clean, cool and homey. It even has a sauna and fireplace. However, what I was really impressed with was the host. D was the most awesome host Ive ever worked with. He constantly checked on us, made sure we were doing good and didnt need anything. His customer service skills are top of the line. Professionalism 10/10. Communication 10/10 Kindness 10/10 Customer service 10/10
