Review
This property was really nice and pictures provide accurate description. Very convent for a travel nurse who needs an affordable location to stay while in Dayton for work. 8 minutes away from Miami Valley . Close proximity to many restaurants , grocery stores, planet fitness , and local shops. Washer and dryer available and spacious bed room. Yvone and her daughter were very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns . Space was provided for any groceries or dishes you may have with you. Women only during my stay which was also nice . The only take away was the noise volume at a times and upon coming to house there was an emphasis on no visitors to maintain safety. This was understandable however there were visitors on more than one occasion that contributed to increased volume.

Boutique Charm in Lovely Oakwood
Yvonne really put her background in hotel management on full display in her home from the style to the accommodations that made my stay feel both comfortable and convenient! Coming home after a long day at clinical always felt like a treat knowing I'd be coming back to a clean and quiet space. It was the perfect place for unwinding or getting some studying done (sometimes both, thanks to the cozy fireplace). I was also especially fond of the front porch swing, parking pad (a true luxury), comfy bed, and access to practically every streaming service there is! Thank you, Yvonne and Marie for hosting me and making me feel right at home! I am so grateful for the hospitality and warmth you've shown me.

I stayed with Yvonne on a recent travel assignment and it was a really good experience. The house was always clean and quiet, you would hardly even know other people were living there, neighborhood felt very safe, the house was easy to find, zero issues with parking. I asked for one adjustment to be made to the room- based purely on just my own personal preferences- and she had it taken care of for me that very same day. She is a great host, and I would recommend staying here.
