Perfect Location

This house is in a great location right next to any stores you may need. Christina was a great host, the house has everything you would need. I had a wonderful stay there, highly recommend!

Home Away From Home!

As a former travel worker and ex military, I've stayed in countless houses, apartments and hotels. This home is easily right at the top. The attention to detail, newly renovated interior and wonderful owners make this a top tier home. It's very clean and communication was the perfect amount. Not too much, but always just a text or call away. It's located minutes, if not seconds from the heart of shopping and dining locations and just off of the freeway. The only way this home should ever get less than 5 stars is if the owners sell this property!

Amazing Stay

I am a travel nurse and I will say this property had everything that you could need to feel like home away from home. Very clean, very modern appliances, and it was in prime location! My roommate and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Awesome Casita Azul!

I am a traveling Supervisor and have stayed in quite a few places in different cities and states. This home is a very well kept home and the owners were very good in taking care of the yard maintenance and communicating with me on a regular basis to make sure I wasn't experiencing any issues. No issues experienced during my 8 month stay. With the recent renovation in 2021 the total interior of the home is still in very new condition including the appliances, washer, dryer, walls, flooring, and ceilings and TV's in every room. A very comfortable place to call your home away from home and easy access to the freeway, downtown, the beach, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, and only 15 minutes to the CC Airport. I would recommend this home to anyone coming to stay in CC for either a short time or long term. The price is worth every bit of it.
