Amazing

A great property, ideally located less than 10 minutes walk from Albany Medical Center. Walking distance to local shops and cafes. It has a huge park across the street with beautiful views. Property is clean, well maintained, with everything you need to be comfortable. Host was extremely responsive and welcoming, making checking in and out a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice, Quiet, Peaceful

Stayed here for three months. The place is well decorated, very spacious and homey. Barely saw/heard any neighbors. Lots of space to park. Full kitchen, lots of storage space, bathroom very nice. Landlord very responsive. Great space!

Medical traveler review

I'm from Albany so moving back to the city and finding a place that actually felt like home for the time I was here really felt like a home. Not only that but living across the park was surreal in its own way, a beautiful view and scenery to admire which was a huge driving factor to me moving here. Host wise Many was very attentive to his property which was nice to know a landlord wasn't a slumlord unlike others, that being said he's easy to get ahold of and will do what he can to make things accommodating if there's any issue. Parking lot is in the back its shared with a apartment building next door but it's safe and you'll recognize the same vehicles so you don't have to worry, that's coming from someone who got off in the early morning am. I highly would recommend this place to anyone. Cleanliness/ quiet tenants truly was a great experience I'll definitely be back in the future.

Great place to stay!!

I stayed here for a month while on a rotation at Albany Med and it was such a great place to call home. The area is very pretty and safe for walking. Manny was an excellent host, always available if I needed anything and incredibly friendly. He made sure I was comfortable in the space and even offered to take me to see the capital! I would absolutely stay again and HIGHLY recommend this place!!

A Memorable Stay in a Lovely Unit

The unit was exactly as shown in the picturesvery cozy and quiet. Manny, the host, was extremely kind, responsive, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. Thanks to Manny, I had many wonderful memories during my stay.

Perfect stay for a travel nurse! Convenient and safe location for AMC travelers. Off street parking was a wonderful attribute. Manny is super responsive and always willing to help.

Home away from home

It was a pleasure to stay at this property. The location is perfect! Very close to Albany Med and the house is across the beautiful Washington park. The interior decor is tasteful, modern and cozy. I feel at home the moment I walk in the unit. It smells nice and the lay- out, with the natural light coming from the bay window is uplifting. It's something that I needed being a night shift nurse. The fixtures are brand new and well maintained. But the best about this property is the host. Manny is very responsive and promptly ensures that the renters needs are addressed. He is also very proactive about asking me how the temperature of the unit is in case there's changes to the weather. I highly recommend this unit. It's one the best that I have stayed at . It's always booked, so count yourself lucky if it's available during the time you are in Albany. I would stay here again if I happen to get another assignment in Albany in the future. Albany

I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location was great. Its an easy 10 minute walk to the hospital. I really enjoyed being across from Washington Park. There are many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. If I ever had a problem or a question the response time was always prompt and my concerns were addressed with genuine concern. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone that will be traveling in the area.

Manny is a 5 Star Host!! Apartment is exactly as seen in pictures: wonderful update to an historical home.....I was not too happy about the stairs at first... but they "upped" my exercise routine... Bright, clean, cozy, n comfortable.... Quick 5 min walk to work at AMC. Would recommend highly and will check with Manny first if I need housing again in Albany!!
