I rented from DJ for six months and had an excellent experience throughout my stay. DJ was always responsive and easy to communicate with, quickly addressing any questions or minor issues that came up. The property itself was clean and comfortable making it a great place to stay temporarily. I especially appreciated the convenience of having a garage for parking and being within walking distance of the subway, which made commuting a breeze.

Great place to stay!

We rented this home from DJ for 6 months. It is in a very nice and safe neighborhood. I walked my dog daily and never felt uncomfortable. The neighborhood is close to everything you could possibly want. Great restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. The home itself is well maintained and has everything you need to live comfortably. DJ is a great landlord and easy to work with! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Chicago!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Classic Chicago Bungalow

This property is a great space that was perfect for my needs. Close to the South Line which you can take to downtown Chicago, a block away from a Family Dollar should you need anything and close to several great places to eat. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were so nice. I always felt safe. DJ is a great person to rent from and super easy to work with. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just 5 minute drive to the train station to take you to downtown Chicago. I worked in Hazel Crest at South Suburban which was about a 25 minute drive. The house is equipped with everything you need from kitchen to laundry unit. The landlord is very accommodating and attentive for all needs.
