Absolutely loved this little house. Big backyard with fire pit, and plenty of room for my dog to run around. Landlord quick to respond with anything I needed.
Nice little house
Stayed here in December and January, this was a cozy little house. The place was constructed mainly out of concrete so it feels like a bunker, but looks like a cabin. It's at the end of a quiet street in downtown Iowa City, about 7 minutes away from the university hospital. I never heard a peep out of the neighbors. The backyard is spacious and has a fire pit. Inside it's a 1 br 1 bath with hardwood and tile flooring. The furnace and most (if not all?) appliances are gas-powered so everything that needs to heat up heats up quick. The floor was kinda cold but oh well. Even when it was -10 outside the furnace had no problem heating the place. The washer/dryer is industrial strength and big enough for clothes + linens. The stove and oven worked great. The bathroom is tile and had some fancy shower head thing that worked fine. Had no issues with any of it. The bedroom had a twin bed and kinda big closet. A was nice and accommodating and rec'd some nice restaurants. Would stay again
Safe and Artistic
I have a cat and a dog and I was afraid we were going to live in another hotel but we found this little house on a cul-de-sac. The interior design is rustic tiles and wood and marble and hardwood. The shower is to die for, having sideways and down sprays. There is a washer and dryer and they work great, a backyard with fire pit and seating areas and an excellent full sized gas range with an oven, top grill top burners, and broiler in oven. Fridge works good. And for my animals there is no fast traffic and plenty of squirrels for the dog to chase.
