Don't Rent This Property!!

R asked for a $999 deposit in addition to the cleaning fee and the rent. He will not return messages and will not return the deposit despite many attempts to contact him. He views messages but does not communicate. He gives no reason for not returning the deposit. The property had air conditioning air filters that were absolutely filthy when we moved in. We replaced them 3 times over the course of our 2 month stay at our own expense. The washer and dryer were filthy and filled with dirt and bugs. It was as though they had been stored outside and brought in last minute before we rented. The couches had some sort of biting insect inside of them. We vacuumed them constantly but the problem never went away. He doesn't mention in the listing that you have no access to the garage to park cars. The backyard is dirt without a blade of grass in sight. This makes the house very dusty. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. It leaves a film on everything.
