Do not stay here!
The area is fine. The owner and the house is the problem. The owner does not live there but he comes in and out of the property all hours of the day without notice. He sells Lemon cars from the property. The property was not cleaned (although he charges a cleaning fee). There aren't even working smoke detectors in the property. While I was at work he took money and other personal items out of my LOCKED room. I had to make a report. He has over 30 landlord/tenant judgements. Save yourself the headache and stress.
