Excellent Stay

I had a great experience staying here for a few months this past summer while relocating to the area and looking for a permanent home closer to my work. The landlord was accommodating, communicated well and clearly, and was always responsive and helpful when we needed anything. The property is in a nice location with easy access to downtown. The complex felt secure, and our neighbors were kind and welcoming. Even though our stay was short-term, it was a very positive experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Home away from home

My wife and I called this place home for 6 months and that's exactly what it felt like. Trevor is an amazing guy and takes very good care of the property and his guests. I travel around the country for work and my company always tells me to find a place where my wife feels comfortable, this more than met that criteria. Spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. Would recommend to anyone(unless I need to stay there again first!).

Great place!

Beautiful condo! I stayed during my nursing contract and it was such a convenience to and from Prisma Memorial. I also liked how quiet and safe the community was. Great place to stay.

Great apartment and even better property owner!

The apartment and community is very nice. The apartment has everything you need. Just bring yourself and your clothes. The property owner is amazing to work with!

Awesome property and owner

Super property in a great location! Everything about the property was great. It was quiet, super clean with great amenities! T was great to work with and super responsive. Would highly recommend as a short term or long term rental. We loved it!
